Customer Service

This is a rewarding permanent Customer Service role within a well-established construction and property support organisation.

Working in a friendly, professional environment, the successful candidate will assist with processing quotations, managing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries for a recognised supplier in the façade industry. Key responsibilities:

  • Process quotations and purchase orders efficiently using Sage or similar systems.
  • Manage and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, product details, and pricing information.
  • Assist in setting up new product references on Sage and Excel, including pricing and discounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through excellent communication.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to handle multiple tasks within a busy environment.
  • Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and data accuracy.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or order processing role, ideally within construction, property, or a related industry.
  • Excellent IT skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage or similar financial systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process multiple tasks accurately.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently when required.
