Key responsibilities:
- Process quotations and purchase orders efficiently using Sage or similar systems.
- Manage and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, product details, and pricing information.
- Assist in setting up new product references on Sage and Excel, including pricing and discounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through excellent communication.
- Prioritise workload effectively to handle multiple tasks within a busy environment.
- Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and data accuracy.
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or order processing role, ideally within construction, property, or a related industry.
- Excellent IT skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage or similar financial systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process multiple tasks accurately.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently when required.
