Key responsibilities:
- Engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, delivering friendly and professional customer service.
- Manage and update patient account records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR and IG regulations.
- Process orders and deliveries efficiently, responding promptly to patient queries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with third-party couriers to track deliveries, manage delays, handle claims, and oversee returns.
- Support onboarding of new patients and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive experience from the outset.
- Participate in team activities, providing administrative support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to departmental procedures and company culture, embodying the BD way to foster a trustworthy and empathetic environment.
- Monitor key metrics including call data, patient feedback, service complaints, and revenue targets.
About you:
- Experience in a customer service role with direct patient or healthcare professional interaction by phone.
- Understanding of healthcare services, customer management, and clinical needs.
- Strong communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach.
- Resilient, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
