Team Administrator

A permanent Team Administrator role within a respected property services organisation based in Midhurst, offering a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team and branch operations
  • Managing correspondence, documentation, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases related to property and client information
  • Assisting with tenant referencing, ID checks, deposit registration, and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting in processing tenancy agreements, checking documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting property management tasks, including raising work orders and processing invoices
  • Handling reception duties, welcoming clients, and acting as the first point of contact for telephone and visitor enquiries
  • Contributing to team projects, meetings, and office presentations
  • Assisting with external marketing efforts and supporting event organisation and marketing activities
  • Providing cover across other local branches as needed, maintaining effective communication with colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, codes of conduct, and health and safety regulations

About you:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within estate agency or similar property services
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a friendly and professional approach
  • Confident handling of confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a can-do mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting demands and work efficiently under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
