Temp - Perm Accounts Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a renowned luxury goods organisation as an Accounts Assistant. Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Posting Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and processing payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy
  • Carrying out credit card reconciliations
  • Raising and dispatching Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices and statements
  • Assisting with credit control activities and following up on overdue payments (training will be provided if necessary)
  • Supporting the finance team with additional ad hoc accounting duties as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role, ideally within a similar environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage data effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
  • Must be able to drive due to office location
  • Available for an immediate start
