Key responsibilities:
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Posting Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and processing payments
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy
- Carrying out credit card reconciliations
- Raising and dispatching Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices and statements
- Assisting with credit control activities and following up on overdue payments (training will be provided if necessary)
- Supporting the finance team with additional ad hoc accounting duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role, ideally within a similar environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage data effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Must be able to drive due to office location
- Available for an immediate start
