Key responsibilities:

  • Merging data from multiple spreadsheets using Excel to ensure accurate and organised information.
  • Checking and verifying data within the CRM system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, to maintain data integrity.
  • Assisting with routine data entry tasks and updating records as required.
  • Ensuring attention to detail to prevent errors and support operational accuracy.
  • Supporting the team with data-related queries and administrative tasks as needed.

About you:

  • Previous experience with data entry, preferably involving Excel and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach to work.
  • Must possess a driving licence and have access to a car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organisational skills.
