Key responsibilities:
• Develop and establish the strategic marketing framework, including agency partnerships and governance structures
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns focused on demand generation and pipeline contribution
• Drive growth in the direct channel, targeting 20-30% revenue increase within 12 months through digital and outbound marketing initiatives
• Strengthen distributor relationships via enablement programmes, co-marketing tools and quarterly campaign planning
• Elevate NHS and Blue Light sector engagement by professionalising content and expanding thought leadership presence
• Manage the marketing budget (£150,000-£200,000), ensuring ROI is maximised and results are measurable
• Build and execute a brand strategy refresh, including messaging, visual identity and proof ecosystem development
• Collaborate closely with sales, clinical, procurement and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve commercial targets
About you:
• Proven leadership experience building and transforming marketing functions within £10-20M revenue organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with NHS, Blue Light services and distributor partners
• Strategic thinker with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and developing compelling brand positioning
• Skilled in managing agency relationships, with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes

What’s on offer:
• Salary of £85,000 - £95,000 depending on experience
