A reputable healthcare organisation is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of a professional HR service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with organisational and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management, guiding managers through complex cases.
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with GDPR and employment law.
- Manage employee benefits administration for onboarding, leavers, and role changes.
- Supervise payroll processes, acting as the key point of contact for payroll providers and resolving associated queries.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from role approval and pre-employment checks through to onboarding and probation reviews.
- Promote an inclusive, positive, and safe working environment across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leadership and managers to support organisational objectives and facilitate workforce planning.
About you:
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher), with proven experience in a generalist HR role, (ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including employee relations, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing complex HR issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build positive relationships at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement of HR processes.
