Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and update patient account records accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical and procedural standards.
  • Respond promptly to patient queries related to orders, deliveries, or general assistance, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with courier services for delivery updates, claims, delays, and returns, ensuring seamless service.
  • Onboard new patients and healthcare professionals, delivering a positive experience and proactive support.
  • Follow departmental procedures and adhere to GDPR/IG regulations to maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support operational goals by monitoring call and email volumes, patient feedback, and service-related metrics.

About you:

  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in roles involving direct patient or client interaction.
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and resilience in managing patient interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional, courteous approach.
  • Emotional intelligence with a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop within the role.
