Key responsibilities:
- Engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and update patient account records accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical and procedural standards.
- Respond promptly to patient queries related to orders, deliveries, or general assistance, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate with courier services for delivery updates, claims, delays, and returns, ensuring seamless service.
- Onboard new patients and healthcare professionals, delivering a positive experience and proactive support.
- Follow departmental procedures and adhere to GDPR/IG regulations to maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Support operational goals by monitoring call and email volumes, patient feedback, and service-related metrics.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in roles involving direct patient or client interaction.
