Key responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries, orders, and deliveries in a professional and timely manner - Build trust and confidence with patients and healthcare professionals by accurately managing account records and processing orders according to clinical and company standards - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and IG, in all customer interactions - Support patient onboarding, registration, and ongoing account management to foster positive engagement - Coordinate with third-party couriers for delivery updates, handling delays, claims, and returns efficiently - Contribute to team efforts by participating in departmental improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction - Uphold the company's customer service standards and embody the BD culture in daily interactions - Maintain accurate records of call data, feedback, and service activity to support continuous improvement
About you: - Previous experience in a customer service role ideally involving direct patient or client interactions - Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively within a large, diverse team. Demonstrates excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) - Possesses problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail - Committed to delivering compassionate care and maintaining professional integrity - Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets and improving service quality
