Key responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address patient enquiries, orders and deliveries in a professional and timely manner
• Build trust and confidence with patients and healthcare professionals by accurately managing account records and processing orders in line with clinical and company standards
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and IG, in all customer interactions
• Support patient onboarding, registration and ongoing account management to encourage positive engagement
• Coordinate with third-party couriers regarding delivery updates, delays, claims and returns
• Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction
• Uphold the company’s customer service standards and embody the BD culture in daily interactions
• Maintain accurate records of call data, feedback and service activity to support continuous improvement
About you:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally involving direct patient or client interaction
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively within a large and diverse team
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and emotional intelligence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Committed to delivering compassionate care and maintaining professional integrity
