A prominent manufacturing organisation is seeking a dedicated Production Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee production jobs using the ERP system to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Organise kitting for assemblies, ensuring kits are prepared for smooth manufacturing processes.
- Conduct materials availability analysis in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Manage sales order fulfilment and organise post-production activities in partnership with ITC and Stores.
- Communicate effectively with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams regarding procedures and operational issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise team procedures and operational efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
- Resilient, adaptable, confident and able to work independently when required.
- Committed to delivering high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
