As we grow our Guildford team, we’re looking for someone who can win new business while building on an established client base, with additional scope created through both expansion and a recent retirement.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven sales or business development experience, with recruitment experience helpful but not essential
• A proactive and resilient approach to winning and developing business
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high level of service
• A motivated individual who is comfortable working towards results in a competitive market
• Ambition, drive and the desire to build a successful long-term career

• Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 with uncapped OTE
