Key responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain core organisational data sources, including CRM and supplementary systems.
- Manage ETL processes for importing and integrating data from external platforms such as JustGiving, Eventbrite, and survey tools.
- Ensure data quality through cleaning, standardisation, deduplication, and validation across all systems.
- Develop, produce, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholders’ needs.
- Monitor organisational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for informed decision-making.
- Support GDPR compliance by ensuring personal data is processed, stored, and managed in line with legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to implement effective data governance and access controls.
- Document data management and reporting procedures, fostering process consistency and continuous improvement.
- Provide support to end-users across departments for data and reporting queries.
- Liaise with external providers to resolve technical issues and support data integration projects.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing data workflows and process efficiencies.
About you:
- Previous experience managing and analysing data from multiple systems, including CRM platforms
- Familiarity with data reporting, quality improvement, and system integration processes.
- Knowledge of ETL processes (training provided as needed).
- Understanding of GDPR principles and data governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or tools such as Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Clear, proactive communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Enthusiastic learner with a collaborative, adaptable approach and a commitment to continuous development.
What’s on offer:
- Salary in the range of £17.50 - £19.75 per hour.
- Ongoing temporary remote role whilst recruiting
- 35 hour week
