Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational contact for a new provision in Surrey, ensuring smooth daily site management.
- Coordinate communication between the satellite provision and main school site to support consistent operational standards.
- Implement and support Trust policies, procedures, and systems across all non-teaching functions.
- Manage reception services, providing a welcoming environment for visitors, staff and external agencies.
- Support HR processes including staff onboarding, absence reporting, records management, and recruitment administration.
- Assist with local financial processes, expenditure recording, ordering, and invoice handling in line with procedures.
- Act as point of contact for premises matters, reporting maintenance, safety concerns, and compliance issues.
- Coordinate health and safety checks, site safety procedures, and ensure adherence to safeguarding protocols.
- Support ICT service requests, oversee equipment needs, and liaise with external ICT providers.
- Maintain accurate data records, support pupil administration, and prepare for audits and compliance reviews.
- Manage pupil transport logistics, working with external providers and families to ensure safe and efficient travel arrangements.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with shared-site partners and external organisations.
- Assist with operational planning for site access, traffic flow, and shared facilities management.
- Adapt to evolving operational needs, providing flexible support and taking proactive steps to solve problems.
About you:
- Previous experience working within busy administrative or operational environments, ideally within education or a similar sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling professional interaction with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting financial, HR, premises, or compliance processes is desirable.
- A proactive attitude, with the confidence to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Demonstrates a positive, approachable manner and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and promoting a supportive environment for children and staff.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently while supporting broader team objectives.
