Key responsibilities:
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing invoices and expense claims.
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures related to finance and accounting.
About you:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role, ideally within a business management or consulting environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
