Accounts Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures related to finance and accounting.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role, ideally within a business management or consulting environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication skills and an approachable manner.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
