Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business goals.
  • Build and optimise scalable marketing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness.
  • Define and maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Design and oversee CRM strategy, segment customer databases, automate campaigns, and enhance customer journeys.
  • Manage website content, user experience improvements, and coordinate development roadmaps with digital partners.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid social, PPC, and retargeting campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to produce engaging content for social media, email, website, and corporate displays.
  • Develop marketing campaigns highlighting key USPs such as premium facilities, community events, and food & beverage offerings.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies, managing briefs, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to promote community engagement and maximise participation in events and activities.
  • Support B2B and corporate marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with partners and sponsors.

About you:

  • Proven experience in marketing within leisure, hospitality, fitness, sports, or multiservice consumer sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including CRM, paid media, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Experience establishing marketing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams and projects confidently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, “get it done” attitude.
  • Highly organised, energetic, and enthusiastic..
