Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Build and optimise scalable marketing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness.
- Define and maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Design and oversee CRM strategy, segment customer databases, automate campaigns, and enhance customer journeys.
- Manage website content, user experience improvements, and coordinate development roadmaps with digital partners.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid social, PPC, and retargeting campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to produce engaging content for social media, email, website, and corporate displays.
- Develop marketing campaigns highlighting key USPs such as premium facilities, community events, and food & beverage offerings.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies, managing briefs, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with operational teams to promote community engagement and maximise participation in events and activities.
- Support B2B and corporate marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with partners and sponsors.
About you:
- Proven experience in marketing within leisure, hospitality, fitness, sports, or multiservice consumer sectors.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including CRM, paid media, content creation, and data analysis.
- Experience establishing marketing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams and projects confidently.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, “get it done” attitude.
