An engaging and vital role within a reputable charity organisation, the People Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR administrative processes. Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact using the HR inbox, responding efficiently to employee and Line Manager queries within the agreed service levels.
- Manage and update e-file HR records, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately stored and maintained.
- Prepare and produce documentation related to the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, and leaver documentation.
- Coordinate payroll input processes, working closely with Payroll Services to meet monthly deadlines and ensure accurate payments.
- Complete all administration activities for starters, leavers, and organisational changes within designated timescales.
- Maintain and update the People Toolkit to provide up-to-date information for employees and Line Managers.
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and a love for administration.
- HR experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Good working knowledge of IT tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; eager to learn new software as needed.
- Resilient and able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines consistently.
- A collaborative team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
