Divisional HR Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational objectives and hotel standards 
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance 
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent in the hotel sector 
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify training needs and facilitate staff development programmes 
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment 
  • Oversee HR administration and ensure adherence to legal and organisational policies 
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and improve retention 
  • Act as a point of contact for HR enquiries across the divisional hotel operations

About you: 

  • Proven HR management experience, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in operational environments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and staffing processes
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and supportive approach
  • Flexibility to operate from Surrey or the Midlands
