Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes
  • Assist with onboarding, induction, and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support the delivery of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
  • Respond to employee queries and provide excellent HR support
  • Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies

About you:

  • Experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator within a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in HR databases and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and confidentiality
