Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes
- Assist with onboarding, induction, and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support the delivery of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
- Respond to employee queries and provide excellent HR support
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies
About you:
- Experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator within a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in HR databases and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrates attention to detail and confidentiality
