Key responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and visitors, managing front desk duties such as reception, parcel handling, and organising viewings.
  • Ensure seamless move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and handovers.
  • Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and other colleagues to support property management and deliver high-quality amenities.
  • Handle daily resident enquiries and manage complaints effectively, escalating issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the organisation and promotion of resident events and activities to encourage community engagement.
  • Manage bookings for communal spaces and oversee the upkeep of amenities in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports such as shift handovers, monitor resident feedback, and support the preparation of the department’s budget.
  • Contribute to implementing policies, health & safety regulations, and company procedures, ensuring compliance across all activities.
  • Respond to out-of-hours emergencies and perform building walks, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

About you:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles within facilities management, hospitality, or property management sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Well-organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships.
  • Previous experience working as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with using software applications to support administrative duties and report writing.
