Key responsibilities:
• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, providing accurate details and highlighting key features
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales journey
• Support the sales team with administrative and customer-facing tasks, ensuring efficient sale progression
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for property listings via online research and networking
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
• Handle paperwork, update databases, and manage transactions to ensure smooth completion
• Stay informed on local market trends, property prices, and competitor activity to provide clients with knowledgeable advice
• Assist in community engagement initiatives to strengthen local neighbourhood connections
About you:
• 1-2 years of experience within estate agency or a customer service environment
• Genuine interest in property markets and local neighbourhoods
• Knowledge of relevant legislation such as AML and CPRs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with clients and colleagues
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional, approachable, and customer-oriented in attitude
• Basic IT literacy; experience with CRM systems advantageous
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
