Key responsibilities:
- Support the admissions process by managing initial enquiries and directing information accordingly.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and colleagues, including distributing memos, announcements, and liaising with parents where required.
- Manage a caseload of learner reviews, organising meetings, taking notes, and managing documentation to ensure statutory compliance.
- Oversee the school's "Administration" inbox, responding to or forwarding emails as appropriate.
- Coordinate learner transport, liaising with local authorities and maintaining accurate driver records.
- Compile and manage attendance data, supporting submissions to external departments.
- Maintain and input data on learner databases, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in organising Trust events, from preparations to event execution.
- Support learner transitions, liaising with staff and transport providers for smooth arrivals and departures.
- Perform reception duties in the absence of the Front of House Administrator, greeting visitors and handling calls professionally.
- Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and routine form completion.
- Support lunchtime and break periods, maintaining stock levels and preparing areas.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in record-keeping and report generation.
- Provide first aid support to staff and participate in emergency procedures as a trained fire warden.
- Contribute to promoting the organisation’s positive reputation and undertake additional tasks as needed.

- Proven experience delivering great administrative support.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, suited to a varied audience.
