Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Support managers through coaching and advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases to ensure fairness, consistency, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, and other key stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate HR records and case documentation.
- Support and implement engagement initiatives and contribute to developing an inclusive workplace culture.
- Work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to resolve system-related queries and enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies through regular audits and updates.
- Liaise with internal teams, including payroll and administration, to support effective people management processes.
About you:
- Significant experience in a HR Advisor or similar role, demonstrating strong employee relations expertise.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and payroll considerations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence managers effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple caseloads.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented and confident in supporting both individuals and teams.
- Experience working across multiple sites or in a customer-facing environment is desirable.
- Proficiency with HR systems.
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous.

- Salary in the range of £38,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
