Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and Line Manager queries via the inbox, providing prompt and accurate responses within agreed service levels.
- Act as a super user of the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity at all times.
- Maintain and update e-file HR records with relevant employee information, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Support People Business Partners with note-taking for low-level ER cases and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Prepare and produce HR documents related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and leavers.
- Input payroll data accurately and meet monthly deadlines in collaboration with Payroll Services to ensure correct payments.
- Manage all documentation and administrative processes for new starters and leavers within agreed timeframes.
- Participate in project work to review, improve, and update processes, promoting efficiency and best practices.
- Keep the People Toolkit up-to-date to ensure employees and Line Managers have access to accurate information.
About you:
- Proven experience in HR administration, particularly managing a high volume inbox within tight deadlines.
- Experience with HR database systems, with a strong preference for iTrent knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a resilient approach to work pressures.
- Outstanding customer service skills, capable of building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities confidently.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, open communication, and willingness to learn new systems.
