A progressive and supportive organisation within the entertainment industry is seeking a dedicated People Lead to oversee employee relations and HR operational tasks across multiple venues and partner with production teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
- Offer guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Coach and support management teams in handling people-related queries and issues.
- Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment law across all venues and production teams.
- Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, and lifecycle HR processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with People Admin, Payroll, and other HR functions to ensure smooth data management and process efficiency.
- Support engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, positive working environment.
- Liaise with senior HR colleagues on complex case management and escalate issues appropriately.
- Utilise HR systems such as iTrent and Staff Savvy to support managers and resolve system-related queries.
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, and contribute to the development of local People plans.
- Travel regularly in the UK to support business needs and stakeholder engagement.
About you:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, People Lead, or in a similar HR support role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations case management and UK employment law.
- Experience supporting multi-site or customer-facing environments desirable.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence managers confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Clear and confident communicator with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as iTrent, Staff Savvy, and payroll systems.
- CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
What’s on offer:
- Salary of £38,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus London Weighting.
