Executive Assistant/Office manager

 A dynamic and fast-growing technology company is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant / Office Manager on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing complex diaries, prioritising emails, arranging travel, and preparing meeting agendas and documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support the wider leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, and internal communications.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including managing supplies, facilities, health and safety, and onboarding new staff.
  • Be the go to point of contact for employees and coordinate HR administrative duties such as onboarding, employee records, and recruitment support.
  • Assist in organising internal events, team engagement activities and managing confidential employee information.
  • Support various operational projects, including process improvements, ensuring deadlines are met and details are managed efficiently.

About you:

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership such as a CEO, COO, or founder.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in using business tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, or Teams.
  • Experience in HR administration or recruitment support is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with keen attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
  • A positive, approachable personality with a collaborative approach to team support and office coordination.
