Key responsibilities:
- Managing the purchase ledger, including processing supplier invoices and payments
- Raising and issuing client invoices
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
- Liaising with external accountants and providing necessary information
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and management information
- Filing and organising financial and company documentation
- Supporting general office administration and business operations
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
- Handling correspondence and responding to enquiries professionally
About you:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software (training provided if needed)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive, professional, and eager to learn
