A rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join a renowned conservation organisation as a Fundraising Support Officer.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent supporter care by responding to email, post, and telephone enquiries, issuing receipts, and following up with donors.
- Accurately record donations and correspondence within the charity’s CRM system.
- Support the management of regular giving and charity programmes.
- Assist the Retail Manager with order enquiries, exchanges, returns, and fulfilment of online shop orders.
- Draft and proofread thank-you letters, donor updates, and impact reports in collaboration with the Communications team.
- Contribute to planning and attending charity events to promote supporter engagement.
- Undertake general fundraising administrative duties and support team activities as required.
About you:
- Proven experience in customer or supporter relationship management, ideally within the charity sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems and CRM platforms.
- Relevant experience in administration and customer service roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
