Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records and updating databases.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, from scheduling interviews to onboarding new staff.
- Supporting the delivery of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Coordinating internal communication and handling general HR enquiries from staff members.
- Maintaining accurate attendance, absence, and holiday records.
- Supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation.
About you:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
