Key responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and support the entire lettings journey, ensuring a smooth process for prospective residents.
- Collaborate closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure properties are presentable, maintained to standard, and ready for prospective tenants.
- Manage inbound leads efficiently using Salesforce, maintaining ongoing communication with potential residents about available properties.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to lettings teams based on customer interactions via Salesforce.
- Initiate and progress leasing processes, including Right to Rent checks and reviewing references, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining high health & safety standards on-site and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
About you:
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, property leasing, or related sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in conducting viewings and engaging with clients.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations pertinent to property management environments.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to handle leads and customer feedback efficiently.
