Key responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and designing corporate event packages in collaboration with the Corporate Sales Manager, ensuring appealing and profitable offerings.
- Create and price engaging event options including activities, food and beverage packages, private hire, coaching sessions, and use of meeting and party spaces.
- Support the delivery of onsite corporate events, coordinating with operations, catering, coaching, and front-of-house teams for smooth execution.
- Gather post-event feedback to continuously improve service quality and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by supporting event promotion and ensuring client satisfaction for repeat business.
