Key responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Promote a positive employee relations environment, actively fostering engagement and open communication.

- Partner with management to identify training needs and support professional development initiatives.
About you:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within the education or teaching sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solver with a genuine commitment to supporting staff and organisational goals.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.
