Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
  • Promote a positive employee relations environment, actively fostering engagement and open communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures tailored to the organisation’s needs.
  • Partner with management to identify training needs and support professional development initiatives.

About you:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within the education or teaching sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a genuine commitment to supporting staff and organisational goals.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.
