Key responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to management and staff on a range of employment matters.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening applicants, and organising interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data protection compliance.
- Monitor and promote HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Assist with grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management processes.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
About you:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a comparable HR role.
- CIPD level 3 or 5 preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, approachable, and supportive approach to working with colleagues.
- Confidence in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.

What’s on offer:
- Salary in the region of £23,000 - £24,600 (pro rata for part-time hours, 30 hours per week).
