Key responsibilities:
- Carefully mount and handle collectible items using precision tools
- Prepare product for scanning, ensuring high-quality images
- Scanning using Apple Mac hardware and imaging equipment
- Accurately upload and list items on eBay or similar online platforms
- Record detailed information including condition, origin, and catalogue data
- Maintain organised digital and physical records of all items
- Handle rare and historical pieces with care and attention to detail
- Ensure listings meet presentation and accuracy standards
- Support administrative duties as required, including responding to buyer enquiries
About you:
- Comfortable working with Apple Mac computers and imaging tools
- Experience or familiarity with scanning, image handling, or online product listing
- Exceptional attention to detail when working with small, delicate items
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain records accurately
- Meticulous and patient approach to work, with a focus on quality and precision
- Interest in art, design, graphics or collectables (desirable but not essential)
- A methodical worker capable of balancing speed with accuracy
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle valuable or delicate items responsibly
- Ability to focus on detailed tasks over extended periods
